About Hickstead Blue

Charming young star who sets completely new standards in jumping and movement. Clearly surpassed his age group and was named the celebrated jumping winner of his licensing in Redefin. Ideally basculing and energetically taking off from active hindlegs, Hickstead Blue only played with the fences in line with his pedigree.

He confirmed this in 2019 at his stalion test in Adelheidsdorf with an overall score of 8.58 and a score of 8.85 for jumping, as well as in 2020 with victory in the sports test in MS Handorf with a score of 9.35. He got a 10 for his scope, a 9.5 for his technique and a 9.0 for his rideability. In 2021 he finished his sports test in the same way with a jumping mark of 9.15.

In his first tournament season in 2020, he won the A** level jumping test for young horses.

2021, Hickstead Blue qualified for the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf with well-regarded rounds and notes of 9. There he placed 4th in the final of the 5y jumpers. He won the first qualification at the World Championships for young show jumpers in Lanaken /BEL . He also qualified for Warendorf in 2022 and was successful up to 1.30m. Now he will continue his sporting career in Italy with his owner.

The first crop of foals was characterized by typey, strong- moving offspring that already changed hands at high prices.
